We also understand big projects like designing your one of a kind gated entrance can seem overwhelming, and often times leave you wondering where to start. This is another reason to choose P&R, as we offer turn-key installations from start to finish. To give you an idea, this process typically goes as follows:
- Contact P&R for a detailed consultation. During this step we'll go over the options that best suit your needs and ideas. Take this time to ask us questions or raise any concerns you may have. We'll also address things like style, function, features, electrical, materials used, and budget.
- Planning and quoting- At this time we will finalize design of gates, columns, fence, etc. From here we will provide you with an easy to read and detailed quote.
- Upon approval, P&R will pull any permits required for column construction or electrical and have any areas where directional boring or trenching will be done located to avoid damage to utilities. In some cases, a deposit may be needed for custom gates or stonework. For example, anything we cannot use on another job like special designs, CNC cut logos or initials, and special order stone or brick.
- Installation- Once everything is completed, we'll go over your new automatic gate system and answer any questions you have. We'll also take this time to explain all the features and do's and don'ts of daily operation.
